Bazaar Information:  PLEASE READ!

$20.00/table space indoors only, rain or shine and indoors only. Cost for space is $20.00 whether you bring your own table or use one of ours.

Handmade crafts only.  Please email photographs of what you make to wintervillecenterassistant@gmail.com

This event is for one day only from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Spaces are limited to one per vendor and reserved on a first come first served basis.

Space must be reserved by November 1, 2018.

Chairs and tables will be provided.

Parking is available.

Set-up times:

  • Friday, December 7th, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, December 8th, 6:00 am 
  • All booths must be set up by 8:00 am

Unloading:

  • Unload at either the side entrance (along Winter St.) or the front door under the porte-cochere
  • Please unload quickly and move your vehicle to the parking lot

All vendors are encouraged to donate an item for a Silent Auction:

  • An item from their handmade wares, or
  • Cakes and other baked goods, a gift basket, gift card, or anything else seasonally appropriate.
  • Please list any items you will be donating plus their values and enclose with your payment and booth application.

Kitchen space is limited on one vendor ($25.00)

  • Includes a 15' long buffet counter with use of stove, refrigerator, ice maker, and sinks
  • Two 4' x 4' card tables with chairs for guests to eat at.

Proceeds benefit the Center.

Booth Space Description

Each vendor will have an 8 x 8 space for a 6’ round or rectangular with wall space.  One tablespace per vendor.

Each 8’ space is against a wall.  Each corner will have a 6’ round table and each rectangular 3” x 6’ will be along the flat part of the wall.  There will also be rectangular tables in the middle of the room.

Use of electricity will require an additional $5.00 fee added to the booth rental. 

The type of table is reserved on a first come, first served basis.  You may come in and choose a location/table or you will be notified of your tablespace.

Feel free to decorate your booth in the spirit of the season.

Each vendor is responsible for keeping their space area tidy and for removing any trash.  Trash bins are provided in the corral at the front of the building, but you must bring your own bags. 

All products and services must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.  Vendors displaying products and/or services not deemed appropriate will be asked to remove their products and will not receive a refund.

Each business owner is responsible for holding appropriate business licenses and collectin and remitting 7% GA sales tax (Clarke County).

Vendors are responsible for their own personal & property liability.

 No application will be accepted without the signed waiver form.

No tensts are allowed 

Attach payment for space made out to “City of Winterville” and Mail by November 16th to City of Winterville, PO Box 306, Winterville, GA 30683.
