What is the Winterville Center?

The Winterville Center for Community and Culture is a regional enrichment center which serves adults of all ages. Our purpose is to promote social, cultural, mental and physical well being of the adult citizens of Winterville and the surrounding communities.  Daytime  activities and classes abound. We socialize, exercise, create art, play games, dance, and we eat together.

We are, however, much more. Adults of all ages participate in daytime and evening activities, classes, and a variety of other opportunities. The Center Lecture Series features experts in the cultural, arts and academic disciplines.

Visit our unique honor system Coffee House on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. On the first Thursday of every month we have a "First Thursday Potluck Luncheon & Lecture" with special guest speakers, entertainment or a demonstration.

Pick up a schedule of classes while you are here.  There are so many reasons to stop by and visit us!
